Partnership – We are trained as sales reps, but work for  you.  Some vendors are best when their reps compete for the sale, others have a customer service center that has the ability to negotiate the lowest prices.  Some wholesalers can’t and won’t give their lowest price to “end users” and   need a distributor to be the middle man.  For these VendReview is your distributor and passes that wholesale cost on to you, because we work for you.

Specialization – All we do is negotiate vendor agreements and provide customer service for those Vendor Relationships.  We don’t go through P&L statements and advise on how to adjust your line items or which ad campaign would best fulfill your  marketing needs.  We specialize in Services,  Supplies, Insurance and Equipment vendor agreements. 

 

Expertise – Most of our clients have already negotiated good vendor contracts… for a business that does more than negotiate vendor contracts.  There is no way for anyone to  know the intricacies of an industry unless they spend time researching and dissecting the loopholes of a dealer, manufacturer, insurance carrier, service provider or supply distributor.   For most of our clients the review of vendors and savings that are implemented are merely a hook that opened the door.   The real benefit of VendReview is the resource and customer service that is provided by a Vendor Expert as a partner, looking out for your best interests.

Step 1: Interest...

The first step is an interest in following this process together.   Because of the sensitive nature of your records, we sign a non-compete/non-disclosure form at the outset to assure you that any information you pass on is protected by law from being shared with anyone.

Step 2: Inspection...

The second step is a full inspection of your Services, Supplies, Insurance and Equipment.   We overview each vendor and vendor area you give us permission to review.  If you have an urgent contract coming due that you want us to focus on first or a long time vendor relationship you don’t want us to touch, you give us the word and we review only what you give permission to review.

This step is completed with a total cost & needs analysis presentation.

 

Step 3: Implementation...

Based on the level of partnership you choose we begin the Implementation process.   We are your sole source of contact for all areas that allow 3rd part implementation.   Though we hope to serve you in an indispensable manner, at any point you choose to stop valuing VendReview partnership, we will leave any and all of the information we have given you & only keep you on our follow up list at your request.

 

Step 4: Integrity...

Customer service is just the start.  We will provide an annual report that verifies the savings we have promised and any difference will be settled at the end of the year.  Along with your personal savings through our availability  - our systems & structure

that we will help you set up - will streamline your information flow & free up time

you may not know could be freed.   Information will not only be prepared on

time, but available whenever you need it.
